To those that frequent her salon, she’s just Kiffany. However, reading her dossier will present a very different picture. Kiffany Collier is former Director of Education at Educator’s Plus, a former Cosmetology instructor at Cape Fear Community College, and the current Owner of Carlani’s Salon, the web magazine, Presidential Style, and media partner with E.W. Brooks’, Mafietta.

Kiffany is a 14 year veteran of the hair industry and has owned her own salon for the last 9 years. Kiffany knew early on that she didn’t want to only stand behind the stylist’s chair of her salon. She was inspired by the 2003 edition of the Bonner Brothers Hair Show and her love for hair battles was born.

Over time Kiffany longed to find a niche that would allow her to remain in the beauty industry, but prevent long term wear and tear on her hands and body. As a result, Kiffany has spread her wings and found love in styling models for various photo shoots and has worked with the Port City Edition of Rip the Runway as well as the Southeastern Hair and Fashion Show.
